Order Taking

During a customer visit, convert their request into an order by providing accurate product, price, stock, and delivery information.

Mobile order taking enables field sales representatives to create orders by identifying customer needs at their location. An order is not simply a matter of listing products and quantities; customer requirements, price, promotions, delivery date, payment method, and stock availability must all be considered together.

The representative should be able to process transactions more accurately and quickly by viewing past sales, open orders, customer product codes, payment status, and suggested order quantities.

Order confirmation

Once the order is complete, the product, quantity, price, delivery date, and totals should be reviewed with the customer; the order number and confirmation document should be shared digitally. The transfer of offline orders to the central system should also be monitored.

Manage mobile order taking not just as quick data entry, but as a sales process that validates customer needs against your company's pricing, inventory, credit, and delivery policies.
