Kontakt Şahıslar

In business life, everyone have some kind of relationship with persons, which are neither their customers nor suppliers.

Minerva da, you can keep the records of these persons.

You can keep the records of communication information, personal information, as detailed as you can keep in customer and supplier cards.


Note : You can also create new contact persons under "New Contact Person" menu item, which have been added to module menu in order to ensure quick access for users.

If you are creating new contact persons frequently, you can add "New Contact Person" menu item to your favourites ( My Menu ).

Creating Kontakt Şahıslarve Kurumlar

You can start creating a contact person or corporate by pressing on one of the following buttons.

  • New Corporate : Records created by pressing this button will be listed under Kurumlar.
  • New Person : Records created by pressing this button will be listed under Kontakt Şahıslar.

Creating Kontakt Şahıslarve Kurumlar by Selecting from Central Cards

You can create a contact person or corporate by selecting from İş Ortakları [Merkezi].

For this you have to press on "Central Cards" button.

If you have pressed on "New Corporate" button, business patners with type " C - Corporate " will be listed.

If you have pressed on "New Person" button, business patners with type " P - Person " will be listed.

After you have selected a business partner by pressing on related "Send" button, "Central Record ID", which provides unity in enterprise records, and necessary information about the business partner will be transferred to the master card.

Minerva da, communication information are kept under "Communication" tab of the master cards.

Adding Adresler

Under "Communication" tab, you can define an "Address" to be used as legal address for "Persons" and headquarter for "Kurumlar".

Note : You can also define this address under "Organizational" tab, as it is explained below.

Adding Phone Numbersve E-mail Adreslerve Social Media Accounts

You can also keep phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and social media accounts under "Communication" tab.

Here, some communication information areas, such as land line phone, mobile phone, etc. will be displayed. You can fill in the necessary ones.

In order to add more communication information areas to the existing ones, you have to select a İletişim Kanal Tipi from "New Communication Channel" combo box, in "Communication Channel Operations" section.

This will create another communication information area for the selected communication channel type.

Contact Authorization Operations

Under "Communication" tab, you can create communication consent forms in the System by pressing on "Contact Authorization Forms" button in "Contact Authorization Operations" section.

You can also display contact authorization forms created in B2R and B2B platforms, after you have pressed on "Contact Authorization Forms" button. In order to see the form details, you have to press on the related record.


You can press on "Contact Status" button to display final authorization status of all contact information of the business partner.

Creating Communication Consent Forms

After you have pressed on "Contact Authorization Forms" button under "Communication" tab, in order to start recording a new communication consent form in the System, you have to press on "New" button.

In "Communication Units" section, all the contact information available for messaging and phone calls ( these are indicated as Contact Type ) - such as recorded e-mail addresses, any type of phone numbers, etc.- will be listed for all Mesaj Gönderme Grupları ( these are indicated as Message Type ). You can select one of the following options from "Contact Permit" combo box to indicate the contact permissions.

  • Undefined : It is the default option, if there is no information available for a contact permit, you can leave it as it is.
  • Yes :Indicates that contact permit had been given by the business partner.
  • No :Indicates that contact permit had been rejected by the business partner.

Recording Personal or Kurumsal Bilgiler

During address bank record creation, if you have pressed on "New Person" button, a "Personal" tab will be displayed.

During address bank record creation, if you have pressed on "New Company" button, a "Corporate" tab will be displayed.

So, you can keep following information under appropriate tab.

Personal Information

Under "Personal" tab, you can record following information in a very detailed way.

  • Profession : You can keep this record under "Personal" tab -> "General" tab.
  • Marital Status : You can keep this record under "Personal" tab -> "General" tab.
  • Educational Status : You can keep this record under "Personal" tab -> "General" tab.
  • Identity Information : You can keep identity related records under "Personal" tab -> "Identity" tab.
  • Physical Information : You can keep physical appearance related records under "Personal" tab -> "Identity" tab.
  • Military Servis Information : You can keep military service related records under "Personal" tab -> "Identity" tab.

Kurumsal Bilgiler

Under "Corporate" tab, you can record following information in a very detailed way.

  • Date of Establishment : You can keep this record under "Corporate" tab -> "General" tab.
  • Company Shareholders : You can keep company shareholders' information such as share percentage, etc. under "Corporate" tab -> "Company Shareholders" tab.

Under "Corporate" tab, you can record following information.

  • Date of Establishment

Contact Personve Corporate Organization Structure

Minerva da, all the addresses and branches ( for "Kurumlar" only ), are defined under "Organizational" tab -> "Organization" tab of the contact person / corporate.

Defining Adresler for "Kurumlar"

You can define multiple addresses - such as invoice address, shipment address, etc. under "Organizational" tab -> "Organization" tab.

If you have not defined an address under "Communication" tab, you can do it here, by pressing on the "[Headquarter]" record. Any change made in this record will update the address under "Communication" tab.

If you want to define more addresses; after you have pressed on the "[Headquarter]" record, you have to press on "New" button on "Address Bank Organization Hesap Bilgileri" screen and then select an Address Type from the combo box.

Defining İş Yerleri for "Kurumlar"

You can define business units ( branches ) to reflect the organizational structure of the contact corporate.

For this, you have to press on "New" button under "Organizational" tab -> "Organization" tab. Here you can define multiple business units of the contact corporate.

Defining Adresler for "Persons"

You can define multiple addresses - such as invoice address, home address, etc. under "Organizational" tab -> "Organization" tab.

If you have not defined an address under "Communication" tab, you can do it here, by pressing on the "Legal Address" record. Any change made in this record will update the address under "Communication" tab.

If you want to define more addresses; you have to press on "New" button under "Organizational" tab -> "Organization" tab and then select an Address Type from the combo box.

Determining Kontakt Şahıslar for "Kurumlar"

You can determine contact persons under "Organizational" tab -> "Contacts" tab.

After you have selected a "İş Ortağı" or "Contact Person" from the window, you can select a "Relation Type" ( -> CPR - Contact Person ) from the combo box.

Determining Relations for "Persons"

You can determine persons and / or corporates related with this "Person" under "Organizational" tab -> "Relations" tab.

After you have selected a "İş Ortağı" or "Contact Person" from the window, you can select a "Relation Type" ( -> CPR - Contact Person ) from the combo box.
