Reward Reason: You can select a Reward Reason from the window.
Proposed Reward: As the promised reward, you can select a Reward from the window.
Given Prize: As the actual prize, you can select a Prize from the window.

After clicking the "New" button under the "Events" tab, you can create the following types of events.
Meeting
Research / Investigation
Testimony
Award Ceremony
Determining Event Status
You can select one of the following statuses from the drop-down box.
Planning
Done
Postponed
Cancelled
Determination of Parties Participating in the Event
Under the "Participating Parties" tab on the "Reward Event Information" screen, you can record the parties participating in the event.
After pressing the "New" button, you can specify the parties participating in the event for the following types by selecting one of your Staff or Persons in the system.

Determination of Event Participants by Selection from Among the Parties Regarding the Reward
If you want to select the parties participating in the event from the Parties Regarding Rewarding , you can select the participants by checking the checkboxes of the listed parties after pressing the "New - Multiple Transfer" button and pressing the "Transfer Selected" button.
