Under the "Detail" tab of the "Check - Promissory Note Given to Bank Information" screen, you can specify an interest rate valid for the voucher by typing the [ % ] rate and select the interest type as "Monthly" or "Yearly".
Checks and Promissory Notes Given to Banks Workflow
In Minerva, you can assign specific actions to a check bill issued to a bank document.
Any action that needs to be taken is determined under the "Workflow" tab of the check issued to the bank document.
For example, if you want to inform your manager about the transaction, you can create an action as "Send Email" and assign it to the document.
Editing or Deleting a Check or Promissory Note Given to a Bank Document
To edit or delete a check-bill given in the bank records, you must first press the "Make Unrecorded" button.

After completing the above records and clicking the " Create Journal " button, you can click the " Accounting Voucher " button on the " Check - Note Given to Bank Information " screen.
