To group personnel candidates, you can create candidate groups, such as new candidates, etc.
Determination of the Upper Group
When creating a new candidate group, if you want this group to be hierarchically linked to an existing group in the system, you can select the existing group from the "Parent Group" drop-down box.
Note: You do not have to select this parent group when you create the new group. You can select a parent group for a group at any time.
