You can create grades for civil servants and define stages for these grades.
After pressing the "New" button, you can start creating a new rank.
Defining Grades for Degrees
Once you have created a rank, you can define the ranks for that rank under its "Ranks" tab.
To do this, you must select a Level Definition [ Center ] from the "Code" drop-down box after pressing the "New" button.
System Standards for Degrees and Ranks
If you want to create degrees and steps according to system standards, you can press the " Load System Standards" buttons on the relevant screens separately when creating degrees and defining steps.
The system will load standard system data and create grades and stages.
