According to the characteristics of the group, information fields can be created and are created in User Defined Fields section. This opportunity allows to define and track any specific and detailed information about fixed assets.
Detail Notes
Detailed notes and descriptions about fixed assets can be kept on a date, time and user basis.
Barcode Labeling
In Minerva, barcode numbering, label design and barcode usage in all existing processes are available for all fixed assets. Barcodes can be defined in the desired standards (EAN... etc.).
The system can automatically generate barcodes due to certain rules. 20 characters are alphanumeric barcode field length. The system can work with all barcode equipment.
Barcode Label Design
Barcode labeling design can be done in 2 ways.
1. As for the coding language of the barcode printer.
2. As for the HTML based table system.
Label design with HTML-based table system allows users to make label forms, designs, changes and edits more easily.
Barcode Label Printing
Barcode label printing can be done in 2 ways.
1. Issuing, transfer slips between warehouses, printing of entry waybills on documents.
2. Selected Fixed Assets can be printed at any time.
Prints on documents, the system prints labels appropriate to the amounts in the document.
Printing labels is optional, the system provides the user the opportunity to query all the data of the system he wants.
