Job Duties [Central]

In Minerva you can centrally define jobs / tasks in great detail.

Determining Record Type

You can create jobs/tasks for the following record type.

  • ORG - Organization

Determining the Job/Task Category

You can select a Job Task Category [ Center ] from the drop-down box.

Determining Job/Task Status

You can specify the job/task status by selecting one of the options below.

  • Active
  • Draft
  • Cancelled
  • Archive [Old]

Creating a Job/Duty Description Using a Job Job Description Template

To make the job/task description using a template, you can select a Job Task Description Template from the drop-down box.

Then, by pressing the "Job/Task Description" button, you can view the "Job/Task Description Sections".

Defining Job/Task Properties Using Job Task Property Template

To specify job/task properties using a template, you can select a Job Task Properties Template from the drop-down box.

Then, by clicking the "Job / Task Properties" button, you can view the "Job / Task Properties Sections".
