You can only assign one action set to a document, so if you want multiple actions to be performed, you must create them in the same set.

Working with Actions in a Workflow

You can change the status of the action from the "Action" drop-down box. When you change the status of the action, the system will automatically display "Action Date" and "Action Creator".

For Action Type: Other

By default, actions are listed as "Pending" .

If there is a coding for the action and you select " Done" from the "Source Code to be Run on Status Change?" drop-down box, the action will be done automatically by checking the checkbox. For example, the system will send an email to the administrator. If there is no coding for the action, you can select "Done" to indicate that you have done so.

If there is a problem performing the job, you can select "Incomplete" and describe the situation in the "Description" field.

For Action Type: Approval

By default, actions are listed as "Pending" .

You can select "Approved" or "Rejected" to indicate the status of the action.

Ending with Stop Payment Cancellations

After completing the stop payment cancellation records, you need to click the "Create Journal" button.

Edit or Delete Stop Payment Cancellations

To edit or delete payment stop cancellation records, you must first press the "Make Unsaved" button.
