The system automatically displays the End Date and Time of the event section.
Total Duration and End Date - Time
After creating an activity plan; in the "Status / Time Information" section of the "Definition" tab, the System displays the Total Duration value according to the sum of the durations of the sections you added under the "Activity Plan" tab.
Based on this total duration, the system automatically displays the End Date and Time of the event.
Determining Activity Attendees
You can specify the event participants by selecting people from the "All Business Partners and Contacts" window under the "Participants" tab of the "Corporate Event Information" screen.
Determining Suitable Companies for the Event
You can select the companies to which the event will be valid under the "Details" tab of the "Corporate Event Information" screen.
