Under the "Management" tab of the "WBS Project" -> "Risk Management" tab, you can manage risks that may arise during the execution of the WBS project.
Risk Information
After clicking the "New" button, you can start recording risks by making the following definitions.
Risk Record Type
You need to select one of the following types from the drop-down box.
PRV - Organizational - Preventable
STR - Strategic
EXT - External
Determining High Risk
If you want the risk to be hierarchically dependent on an existing risk, you can select the existing one as "Top Risk" from the window.
Organization Information
You need to select a Risk Owner from the window. By default, the logged-in user is displayed as the issue owner. If you want, you can change it by selecting it from the window.
You can also define an Impact Start Date and Impact End Date .
Risk Status
While the default risk status is "LA - Active", you can manually select one of the following statuses to indicate the current status of the risk.
LA - Active
XA - Closed
YC - Cancelled
ZZ - Archive
Prioritization
You must define a priority by choosing one of the following:
0 - Normal
1 - Medium
2 - High
Determining the Category
You need to select a Risk Category from the drop-down box.
Risk Identification
After finishing the above selections, you can define the risk in text and image format under "Administration" tab -> "Risk Management" tab -> "Risk Description" tab of "WBS Project".
Adding Text and Images
As well as adding text, you can add images.
To add an image, you need to click on the "Add Image" icon.
You can add images in two ways:
Entering the URL of the image
Selection from System Documents
Entering the URL of the image
If you want to insert an image directly from the Internet, you must enter the image's URL (often called the web address).
Selection from System Documents
Firstly, you need to upload the image to the system documents.
You can upload files under the " Documents " menu.
You can then insert the image using this Document ID.
When you click the "Add Image" icon, a system message will tell you how to enter the Document ID.
Natural Impact Analysis Information
After defining the fields below for each risk impact, you need to define the numbers for the relevant Impact Factors that will be used as the coefficient that will determine the participation rate of the risk impact in the total assessment.
You can select a Risk Level from the drop-down box.
Residual Impact Analysis Information
After defining the fields below for each residual risk impact, you need to define the numbers for the relevant Impact Factors that will be used as the coefficient that will determine the contribution rate of the risk impact to the total assessment.
