Spare parts orders created on B2B and B2R platforms are listed under the "Spare Parts Order Confirmations" menu item.
View Ordered Spare Parts
After pressing the relevant order, the ordered spare parts are listed under "Shopping Cart".
You can click on the relevant line to view the record.
You can view the following;
Ordered Spare Part
Order Quantity
Price
Discount
Requested Pricing
and you can edit all of them.
For example, you don't have a spare part and want to send an equivalent part. Or, this quantity is out of stock, so you want to reduce the order quantity. For some reason, you may need to change the price and discount. You can edit these by overwriting.
The spare part can be requested in the "Request a Quote" field as "Free" or "Paid". You can make your decision in the "Confirmed Pricing" option by selecting "Free" or "Paid" from the drop-down box.
Approve or Reject a Spare Parts Order
After saving the "Spare Parts Information" screen, you can press the "Confirm" or "Reject" button on the "Spare Parts Order Approvals" screen.
