Viewing Control Report
To view the generated negative inventory report, you must press "Control Report".

are listed.
If you do not want to generate any reports for them, you can disable the checkbox in the "Report Listing Options" section.
Drafting the Report
Once you are done with the above selections you can press "Report". This will run the generated report.
"Show Listed Report" Functionality
While working on the report, you may need to check the filters.
When you click the "Filter" button, you can view your filters.
If you press the "Report" button, the report will be run again.
If any product movement occurs after receiving the initial report, the report will be amended.
If you do not want the report to be replaced with the current quantities; in other words, if you want to view the initial report, you can press the "Show Listed Report" button.
Viewing a Notification for a Reported Negative Inventory
In the control report, all stocks with negative balance will be listed as per the control parameters.
