Purchase Offer Document Status

On the "Purchase Quotation Information" screen, you can view the document status as follows:

  • NDV - Not Delivered: This is the default status indicating that no item has been delivered.
  • PDV - Partially Delivered: Partial Shipment has been made. There are still items waiting to be delivered.
  • FDV - Fully Delivered: All items present in the purchase order have been delivered.
  • CLS - Manually Closed: When you do not want the purchase order to be in Open Status, you can manually close the document.
