You can create purchasing quotations from both purchase quotation requests and supply requisitions.
When a purchase quotation is created from a purchase quotation request, it closes the purchase quotation request document completely or partially; if all the items of a purchase quotation request are transferred to a purchase quotation, then it is said to be completely closed and if some items of a purchase quotation request are transferred to a purchase quotation, then the purchase quotation request is partially closed. When a purchase quotation is created from a supply requisition, it closes the supply requisition completely or partially; if all the items of a supply requisition are transferred to a purchase quotation, then it is said to be completely closed and if some items of a supply requisition are transferred to a purchase quotation, then the supply requisition is partially closed. A purchase quotation can be followed by a purchase order. When a purchase order is created from a purchase quotation, the purchase order is listed under this section. By clicking on the row, you can see the document that closes the purchase quotation.
