Project Portfolios

You can create project portfolios for grouping purposes.

Determination of Companies

In Minerva, you can create project portfolios that will work across multiple companies.

You can specify the companies to which the project portfolio will be valid under the "Companies" tab.

Viewing Projects in Portfolio

When you select a project portfolio during project creation, "Project" is displayed under the "Projects" tab of the portfolio.

Portfolio Definition

In addition to adding text, you can add images under the "Detailed Description" tab.

To add an image, you need to click on the "Add Image" icon.

You can add images in two ways:

  1. Enter the URL of the image
  2. Selecting a document from the system

Entering the URL of the image

If you want to insert an image directly from the Internet, you must enter the image's URL (often called the web address).

Selecting a Document from the System

First you need to load the image into the system documents.

You can upload files to Documents .

Then, using the Document ID, you can add the image.

When you click the "Insert Image" icon, a system message instructs you how to enter the document ID.
