So; if you want more than one action to be performed, you need to create them in the same set.

Working with Actions in a Workflow

You can change the status of the action from the "Action" drop-down box. Once you change the status of the action, the system will automatically display the "Action Date" and "Action Creator".

For Action Type: Other

By default, actions are listed as "Pending" .

If there is a code for the action and you select " Done" from the drop-down box "Will Source Code Be Run on Status Change?" and then check the box, the action will be done automatically. For example, the system will send an email to the administrator. If there is no code for the action, you can select "Done" just to indicate that you did it.

If there is a problem doing the job, you can select "Incomplete" and describe the situation in the "Description" field.

For Action Type: Approval

By default, actions are listed as "Pending" .

You can select "Approved" or "Rejected" to indicate the status of the transaction.
