In Minerva you can define courses in detail and centrally.

Course - Determination of Course Type

You can create the following types of lessons/courses.

  • LEC - Lesson
  • LAB - Laboratory
  • LLB - Course and Laboratory
  • IND - Freelance
  • RSC - Research
  • INT - Internship
  • SEM - Seminar
  • STU - Studio
  • DSC - Discussion
  • CNF - Conference
  • FWR - Field Work
  • PRT - Practical Training
  • KRS - Course

Course - Determination of Course Status

You can determine the status of the course by choosing one of the options below.

  • Active
  • Draft
  • Inactive
  • Archive

Lesson - Determining the Basic Framework for the Course

Course - you can specify the basic framework for the course under the "Basic Framework" tab for the following categories.

  • Background [Background]
  • Aim
  • Goals
  • Scope
  • Acceptance and Assumptions
  • Restrictions

View and Manage Course Relationship with Catalog

Under the "Catalogs" tab, you can select a Training Catalog from the "Catalogs" drop-down box and view the Groups to which this Course/Lesson is Added .

When a " Education Catalog" is selected, all groups of this catalog will be listed and if this course/lesson is added to any of the groups or subgroups of the catalog, the checkbox of the relevant group will be displayed as checked.

If the course is not added to a specific group and you want to add the course to that group, you can do so by selecting the checkbox for that group. This will update the Course Enrollments for the Catalog Group .
