Permissions, Communication Preferences, and Call Suppression Management
Achieve sales targets in a manner consistent with the customer's willingness to communicate and applicable arrangements.
In telemarketing, having a callable phone number doesn't always guarantee the right to call. The source of permission, purpose of communication, channel preference, validity period, and requests not to be called must be recorded.
Since rules can vary by country, customer type, search method, and campaign, the system should offer a flexible but verifiable compliance model.
Records that need to be managed
Permission to communicate and source of acquisition.
Permission date, scope, and channel.
The customer's preferred days and times.
Company-specific opt-out policy
National or sectoral suppression lists
Rejection for a specific campaign or purpose.
Permission withdrawal and request date
Exception or basis of existing relationship
Pre-search suitability check
The number must be valid and belong to the customer.
Compliance of the campaign with the permit.
Availability of the day and time of the call
Last search and attempt count limits
No search or complaint record
Additional conditions for automatic or pre-recorded searches.
Country and region-based regulations
The request not to be contacted will be processed during the interview.
When a customer indicates they do not wish to be contacted, the representative should be able to record this easily and promptly. The request should affect not only the relevant list but also future campaigns and external service providers within the defined scope.
Audit and evidence
The source that creates and modifies the permission.
The result of the suitability check during the search.
List and rule version used
Representative statements and customer requests
Printing updates and transfer logs
Compliance violations and corrective actions
Manage customer preferences not as an obstacle to sales, but as a fundamental principle for reliable and sustainable communication.
