Sales Campaign Components

After you save the new Sales Campaign Introduction page, you can start adding Sales Campaign Components.

Introduction - Condition Setting

After pressing the New Input - Condition button, you can select the entry condition from the Sales Price Entries - Conditions list using the Open Component Calculations Window. After submitting and saving your selection, you need to select the parameters (X , Y) in the expression in the Sales Conditions - Pricing Component Definition field. You can define multiple entry conditions, but please note that the system will apply the outputs only if all the inputs are valid. For example, you have defined two inputs; a customer X and a sales type X. For a sales transaction to customer X, but other than sales type X, no results will be applied.

Output - Application Determination

After clicking the New Output - Application button, you can select the output application from the Sales Pricing Outputs - Applications list using the Open Component Calculations window. After submitting and saving your selection, in the Sales Conditions - Pricing Component Definition field, you need to select the parameters of the expression (N , X).

You can apply Amount Discounts and Percentage Discounts.

  • Amount Discount: A fixed amount is applied as a discount, for example 10 USD.
  • Percentage Discount: Percentage discount will be applied, for example 10%.

If a discount is applied, you need to select the Discount Type and Discount Calculation Method from the option list.As soon as you save the line, the appropriate campaign will be applied.

Pricing and Campaign Logs

All pricing and campaigns applied to the Sales Order Document are displayed in the Pricing and Campaign Logs under the Menu tab of the Sales Order Document.
