You can create message (communication) templates for business objects.
For example, you want to send your customer a confirmation email when you receive their order.
To do this, you can create a message template for the "CMU - Message Sending" business object and design a message to send.
After selecting a Business Object , you can choose a Business Object Type . Note: It is also possible to select "All" from "Business Object Type".
Then, under the "Subject Template" tab, you can create a subject template, and under the "Message Template" tab, you can create a message template.
The program code for the subject and message can be written under the "Subject Programming" and "Message Programming" tabs, respectively.
