Business Partners [Central]

In Minerva, you can create business partners centrally.

Since central records are valid for all companies in a business; you can create master cards of business partners by selecting them from the central system in all companies.

Ultimately, this will enable unification of corporate records and speed up master card creations.

Note: All business partners created in the Business Partner Management module will be automatically registered in the central records section, i.e. will be available for other companies of the business. However, all business partners created under the "Business Partners [Central]" menu will be available for all companies of the business only if they are selected by pressing the "Central Cards" button during master card creation.

To add more contact information fields to the existing ones, you must select a Communication Channel Type from the "New Communication Channel" box in the "Communication Channel Operations" section.

This will create another contact information field for the selected communication channel type.

Personal Information

You can keep personal information such as marital status under the "Personal Information" tab.

Viewing Companies for Which a Master Card Was Created Using Central Registry

Once a master card is created in a company by selecting the central record, the company will be displayed under the "Used Companies" tab.
