Departmental and Operational Organizations

In Minerva, you can manage your operational organizational structures.

Creating an Operational Organizational Structure

By clicking the "New" button, the "New Operational Organization Structure" screen is displayed.

You can create the structure in two parts: "Operational organization information" and "Operational organization components".

Operational Organization Information

Type of Organization

You can create operational organizations for the Organization Types listed below:

SLS - Sales Organization
PUR - Supply Organization
SVM - Service Organization

Operational Organization Components

Business Channel

You can select a Business Channel from the drop-down box.

After saving the screen, the business channel units will be displayed in a compact view under the "Business Channel" tab of the "Operational organization structure information" screen.

Geographical Area

You can select a Geographic Region from the drop-down box.

After saving the screen, the geographic area units will be displayed in a compact view under the "Geographic Areas" tab of the "Operational Organizational Structure Information" screen.

Section

You can select a Section from the drop-down box.

After saving the screen, the department units will be displayed in a compact view under the "Business Departments" tab of the "Operational Organizational Structure Information" screen.

Business Partner Segmentation

You can select a Partner Segmentation from the drop-down box.

After saving the screen, the partner segmentation units will be displayed in a compact view under the "Partner Segmentation" tab of the "Operational Organizational Structure Information" screen.

Management - Department Determination

After saving the "New Operational Organization Structure" screen, you can define a "Management Organization" and a "Department" under the "Management Departments" tab of the "Operational organization structure information" screen.

Management Organization

You can select the Management Organization from the drop-down box.

Starting Section

You can select an organizational unit as the starting section in the administrative organization by selecting it from the window.
