In Minerva, you can create "Contact Consent Forms" for all "Partners".

In these forms, all of a partner's contact information for messaging and phone calls (shown as Contact Type ) - saved email addresses, phone numbers of all types, etc. - are listed for all Messaging Groups (shown as Message Type ), and the contact permission for each combination can be managed by selecting from the "Contact Permission" drop-down box.
Therefore, in a partner's "Contact Consent Form", if "No" is selected as the "Contact Consent" for a partner's mobile phone number, the mobile phone number is listed under the "Unauthorized Mobile Phone Numbers" menu option.
