After finishing the above selections, under the "Problem and Request Description" tab, you can describe the problem and request in text and image format.
Adding Text and Images
As well as adding text, you can add images.
To add an image, you need to click on the "Insert Image" icon.
You can add images in two ways:
Enter the URL of the image
Selecting from system documentation
Entering the URL of the image
If you want to insert an image directly from the internet, you'll need to enter the image's URL (often called the web address).
Selection of System Documents
First, you need to load the image into the system documents.
You can upload files under the " Documents " menu.
You can then insert the image using this Document ID.
When you click the "Insert Image" icon, a system message will instruct you on how to enter the Document ID.
Solution Proposal
You can also add a solution suggestion in text and image format under the "Solution Proposal" tab.
