Minerva service contract management solution allows buyers to provide feedback to suppliers after projects and services are completed on Statements of Work (SOW). For all services contracts, planned or ad hoc events can be created at various times throughout the life of the contract where the buyer can provide feedback on how the supplier is performing. At the close of the contract, suppliers can be evaluated against pre-determined criteria.
