Difference in approach
Single database, closed loop
The product tree is linked to the work order, the work order to the field, the notification from the field to the inventory and cost, and the cost to the standard of the next plan, all through the same database. A separate integration study is not required to determine the difference between the plan and the actual situation; the cycle is inherent in the system's structure.
Real-time visibility
Production indicators are updated as soon as they are reported, not through overnight batch processes. The shift supervisor, production manager, and finance department all view the same real-time data. Data synchronization is not required.
Support for hybrid production model
The ability to simultaneously manage batch, process, repetitive, and workshop-type production in the same facility; and to implement different planning strategies based on products and production lines.
Integration with quality and care.
Quality control is part of the process; unapproved batches cannot proceed or be shipped. Maintenance shutdowns are reflected in the production schedule; on-site fault reports are converted into maintenance requests. The three processes share the same equipment and work center record.
Mobile field operation
Picking, reporting, downtime logging, quality input, and material movements are performed via handheld terminals and touchscreens. The system is web-based; users can access it from anywhere within their authorized limits.

The formula is based on hazard classification; the classification is reflected in the label and safety data sheet; and batch registration ensures shipment traceability.
