Announcement Definitions

When you want to create an announcement for selected users, all the definitions that need to be made are made under the "Announcement Definitions" menu.

Announcement Group

You can select an Announcement Group from the drop-down box.

Determining the Users to Whom the Announcement Will Be Made

In the "User Selection Query" field, you can select a User Defined Query from the window.

Determining the Platforms on Which the Announcement Will Be Published

You can select the following platforms by checking the checkboxes.

• SYS - Main System
• B2B - E-Business Commerce
• B2R - E-Business Retailing
• B2E - E-Business Personnel
• RFT - RF Terminal
• EDU - Education
• MBL - Mobile
• WEB - Website

Announcement Management Information

You must define an Opening Date .

You can also define a Broadcast Start Date and Broadcast End Date .

Status

You can select one of the following statuses from the drop-down box.

• LA - On Air : To publish an announcement, you must select the status as "On Air".
• AA - Draft: This is the current situation.
• XA - Inactive
• ZZ - Archive : In addition to archiving an announcement, you must change its status to "Archive" to delete it.

  Results - Comments

  You can write down the results and add your comments in the "Results - Comments" tab.

  Assignment of Task

  "Tasks - You can assign the Response Plan to Tasks under the " tab.

  Activity Record

  Under the "Activities" tab, you can record Activities .
