Stocks of Goods

You can list the available stocks and items according to detailed filters.

Report Filters

Logistics Organization - Warehouse Location

You must select Physical Location and Logistics Organization from the Combobox.

If you want to list the stocks for a specific storage location of this organization, you can select it from the window. Otherwise, stocks from all storage locations within the selected organization are listed.

If you want to list the stocks for a specific bin location of this storage location, you can select it from the window. Otherwise, the stocks from all bin locations in the selected warehouse are listed.

Trade Type

You can filter the report for the following transaction types:

• Salable
• Available for Purchase
• Available for Sale + Purchase

Working Stocks

If you want to list the stocks used in any transaction in the selected "Logistics Organization - Storage Location - Warehouse Location", you can select "Working Stocks".

Current Stocks

If you want to list the stocks in the selected "Logistics Organization - Storage Location - Warehouse Location", you can select "Current Stocks".

Column Options

Based on the report filters, you can also view the following information in the report columns.

• Logistics Organization: Physical Location and Logistics Organizations.
• Storage Unit: During the creation of Physical Location and Logistics Organizations , the unit type you define as "WHU - Warehouse" in the placement - logistics organization units.
• Warehouse Location: Subunits - locations that you define under the "Warehouse Organization" tab of each "WHU - Warehouse" unit type organizational unit.
• Stock Balance Type: Product Ownership Type.
• Quality Type: Product Qualification Type.
• Lot - Batch Code: Batch code is the code given to the stock in all types of goods receipts (i.e. incoming goods movements).
• Inventory Quantity: Stock quantity.
• Inventory 2. Quantity: If a Secondary Unit of Measure is defined for the inventory, the quantity in this unit is displayed.
• Current Sales Unit: Quantity on Hand Will Be Shown in Sales Unit of Measure .
• Current Purchasing Unit: The current Quantity on hand in Purchasing Unit of Measure is displayed.
• Display List: If "Picture - Display" is defined on the main board, it is displayed.
