Incoming Delivery Document Status

On the "Incoming Delivery Information" screen, you can view the document status as follows:

• NIV - Not Invoiced: This is the default status indicating that none of the items have been invoiced.
• PIV - Partially Invoiced: An invoice was issued for some of the incoming delivery items.
• FIV - Fully Invoiced: An invoice is prepared for all items of the incoming delivery.
• CLS - Manual Close: The document is closed manually so that it does not remain in "Open State".
