If you want to distribute the profit and loss, you can add more than one profit and loss center. After selecting the first one, you need to write "%Rate" and save. The system will show another line to add more profit and loss centers and show the remaining % rate to complete 100%.
To delete profit and loss center records, you must check the "Delete" checkbox and click the "Delete" button.
Distribution Keys
In Profit and Loss Center Distribution Keys , you can define distribution costs for profit and loss centers. For example; you can create a distribution key and assign 3 different profit and loss centers at rates of 50%, 40%, 10% respectively.
This predefined structure is called distribution keys.
If you want to use distribution keys, you can select them from the " Profit and Loss Center Distributions" window and after sending the document you need to press the " Make Distribution" button.
Update Items
By clicking the "Update Items" button, you can assign cost and profit centers at the line item level.
