Progression and Graduation

Include program rules and regulations that reflect student degree requirements, track online progress to assess completion status

To help administrators detect problems before they become problems, Minerva provides universities with rules-based software to track their students’ academic progress. At any point during the year of enrollment, administrators can view indicators of a student’s academic progress, such as their GPA or current number of credits earned. Progress can be measured against stage-specific requirements for students entering phased programs, such as medical school, where preclinical work must be completed before clinical work begins. Progress can be measured for individuals as well as for the mass student population. With rapid and accurate analysis of student progress, universities can increase student retention.

Minerva software fully integrates degree audit data. The student office can retrieve this information to check students’ progress to graduation or completion, track applications for graduation, and evaluate the results of degree audits to support the graduation process. Students have access to Web-based self-service graduation request forms and graduation applications. Our software can also automatically calculate graduation fees.
