Minerva Load Build optimizes purchasing quantities by taking into account vendor minimums and other restrictions. These vendor minimums are usually associated with some cost reductions, such as free freight. It converts existing purchase requisitions into purchase orders, selects additional inventory to optimize purchase orders, and groups purchase orders together with a batch number when needed. This is done by taking into account Material Requirements Planning (MRP) forecasts so that you purchase goods that are likely to be needed later. Load building can be done automatically or manually.
