Day(s) of the Month: Indicates the days of the month on which the job will run. For example, typing "18,-1" will run the job on the 18th day and the last day of the month.
Day(s) of the Week: Indicates the day(s) of the week that the job will run. For example, typing "MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI will run the job on the working days of the week.
Hour(s): Indicates the hours of the day that the job will run. For example, typing "2,14" will run the job at 2am and 2pm(14) every day.
Minute(s): Indicates the minutes of the hour that the job will run. For example, typing "0,15,30,45" will run the job every 15 minutes.
Job Statuses
After you are done with the above settings and coding processes, you can manage the automatic process (running the job) by pressing the buttons below.
Create Job: You need to press this button to start the automatic process.
Run Job: After creating a job, the system will wait until "Start Date" to run the job. To start the automated process immediately (for example for testing purposes), you need to press this button.
Stop Job: If you want to stop the job, you have to press this button.
Cancel Job: If you want to cancel the job, you need to press this button
Job History: You can view job logs by clicking this button. Here "Job Date and Time" and "Job Status" (as "Pass" or "Fail") will be displayed and if the job is "Fail", the error will be described in the "Error Description" column.
