For a "User Team" to be valid in the system; for example, for users to see each other's records according to their authorization settings, the "Organization" created by the user team must be defined as the "Management Organization" for the relevant company under the Business Management System Parameters .
In Minerva, you can create multiple management organizations for different purposes. However, since it is possible to define only one management organization as a system parameter for each company, the User Team structure must be created for this organization. User teams created for other organizations will not be used in operations unless they are selected as a system parameter.
