Shipping information is only valid for the following types of agreements:
SSL - Sales
SSP - Periodic Maintenance - Service
Shipment information such as the place and address where the goods will be sent, the goods exit warehouse, location and delivery methods are kept under the "Shipment" tab.
Shipment Location and Shipping Address
The shipping location and address are the legal location and address information in the customer account. If the shipment is to be made to a different location and/or address, you can change both. If a shipping address is defined in the customer account, you can select it from the "Shipping Location Options" drop-down box. You can keep the address record detailed as latitude and longitude. You can also define the address in the "Address Description" text field.
Determination of Space Organization, Storage Location and Warehouse Locations
You can select the "Location Organization", "Storage Location" and "Warehouse Location" of the records to be issued.
Shipping Agency
The shipping partner may be linked to the sales agreement.
Delivery Methods
Delivery terms are international shipping terms that express the obligations of both the sender and the recipient. At Minerva, the following delivery terms are the default delivery methods.
EXW - Delivered Ex Commercial
FCA - Delivery to Carrier at Designated Place
CPT - Carriage Paid
CIP - Carriage and Insurance Paid
DAT - Delivered At Terminal
DAP - Delivery at Designated Place
DDP - Delivered Duty Paid
FAS - Delivered Ex-Ship
FOB - Free On Board
CFR - Cost and Freight Paid
CIF - Cost, Insurance and Freight Paid
Note that you can add more delivery methods or delete existing ones.
