The Product Tracking System (UTS) Project is an e-government application that provides services to citizens. This application is a system that allows tracking of all medical, medical devices or cosmetic products produced in our country or procured from abroad, from the production line to the end user.
With ÜTS, users can see whether a product is approved in the system.
The Purpose of the ÜTS Project
The origin of the ÜTS project is based on a silicone company located in France. This company has introduced products to the market by injecting commercial silicone used in the industry into implant silicones used in the beauty sector. When it was revealed that people using these products that were introduced to the market were getting sick and poisoned, the World Health Organization (WHO) came up with a project idea. The aim of this project is to track all the products on the market and prevent unhealthy (harmful) products from circulating in the market.
In our country, this project idea was taken as an example and the Product Tracking System (UTS) Project, which was initiated by TÜBİTAK-BİLGEM Software Technologies Research Institute (YTE) and is being carried out together with the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, was implemented.
With this project, all products in the market (all products in the medical, medical device and cosmetic fields) will be recorded, monitored and controlled in a single system.

What Do We Do?
Minerva ERP provides services to institutions and organizations in the healthcare sector by implementing the integration of the Pharmaceutical Tracking System (PTS), Package Tracking System (PTS) and Product Tracking System (UTS) with its sectoral experience.
Our Pharmaceutical Tracking System (TTS) Integration
The Drug Tracking System (DTS) is a system that covers all products in the pharmaceutical sector. The Minerva ERP system works in XML format and is fully integrated with the Ministry of Health's Drug Tracking System. The records created in the system are sent to the Ministry of Health system with this integration. Drug tracking is done with QR codes. You can track your products through the Minerva ERP system.
Our Package Tracking System (PTS) Integration
Minerva ERP works in integration with the Package Transportation System (PTS). You can accept large amounts of goods coming to companies through the system. Instead of scanning the barcodes of incoming products one by one, the information about how many products are in which package is entered and the products are tracked through the system.
Our Product Tracking System (UTS) Integration
Product Tracking System (UTS) is a system that tracks medical products that are not classified as drugs in the health system but are included in the tracking list by the Ministry of Health. Minerva ERP's ITS integration works with JSON data format. Products can be tracked in the system according to Barcode No, Serial No and Lot No, if any.
