P&L center distribution keys define how profits and losses are distributed among predefined P&L centers.
You can create a "Profit-Loss Center Distribution Key", add any number of Profit-Loss Centers to it, and define the distribution rates for these centers.
Adding Profit and Loss Center to Distribution Keys
After creating a "Profit-Loss Center Distribution Key", you can add a Profit-Loss center by selecting it from the window in the "Distribution Key Profit-Loss Centers" section. You can add more Profit-Loss centers by clicking the "New" button in the same section.
After selecting a Profit and Loss Center from the window, you can type the distribution Rate .
Note 1: In a distribution key, the sum of all percentage rates defined for centers cannot exceed 100.
Note 2: If the sum of all percentages is not equal to 100 (less than 100), you can press the " Round to 100" button; the system will automatically round the percentages so that the sum is equal to 100%.
