Sample Production Consumption Receipt Profit and Loss Centers
Under the "Profit and Loss Centers" tab, you can select a predefined Profit and Loss Center from the "Profit and Loss Centers" window.
If you want to distribute profit and loss, you can add more than one profit and loss center. After selecting the profit and loss center, you need to write and save "% Rate"
. If you want to add more profit and loss centers to the system, you can add them as a new line and it will show you the remaining % rate information to complete 100%.
To delete profit and loss center records, you must check the "Delete" checkbox and click the "Delete" button.
Distribution Keys
Incoming Profit - Loss Center Distribution Keys , you can define profit centers and distribution costs for them. For example; you can create an allocation key and assign 3 different cost - profit centers at rates of 50%, 40%, 10% respectively.
This predefined structure is called Distribution Keys.
If you want to use distribution keys, you can select them from the "Profit and Loss Centers Distribution Keys" window and after sending the document you need to press the "Make Distribution" button.
Update Items
By clicking the "Update Items" button, you can assign profit and loss centers at the item level.
