Program Planning Information

You can record the following information for program planning:

• Start - Finish Work Planning
• Provision Method
• Ready Day - Date
• Earliest Ready Day - Date
• Last Ready Day - Date
• Delivery Time
• Order Delivery Date

Provision Method

You can specify the provisioning method by choosing one of the following methods:

• None
• Internal Production
• Outsourcing Production
• Purchasing
• Internal Procurement

Registration Status

The status of the record is displayed as one of the following:

• Schedule: The default status of the record that is automatically assigned by the system when the record is created.
• Created Requisition: Once a Procurement Requisition Line is created for the required material/equipment and this WBS project " is selected as the Project Information for the Procurement Requisition Line ", the system will change the status of this record to "Created Requisition".
• Cancelled: If you want to indicate that this material/equipment plan has been canceled, you can manually select this status type.

Visualization of Supply Chain for Material or Equipment Requirement

Any documents created for this requirement, such as Procurement Requisitions , Purchase Quotations , Purchase Orders , Incoming Deliveries , Purchase Invoices , etc., are displayed on the "WBS Project Material and Equipment Resource Information" screen under the "Supply Chain Execution" tab.

Please note that to view documents created as a WBS supply chain, project and WBS documents/document rows must be selected under the "Project" tabs.

Planning Expenses

You must select a "Cost Element" from the Service Products window.

You must also type "Amount" and "Cost Currency" and select Unit .

If you specify "Unit Cost", the system calculates and displays "Total Cost".

You can write "Actual Cost".

WBS Project Resource Location Information

You need to define a Work Location (see: Work Locations ). You can then define a Location Organization (see: Location and Logistics Organizations ) and "Organizational Units".

Production Planning for WBS

You can select a "Cost Element" from the Service Products window.

After selecting a Unit for this, you can type "Amount" and select "Cost Currency".

If you specify "Unit Cost", the system calculates and displays "Total Cost".

You can write "Actual Cost".
