In the "Current Period GL Account" section; from the "Chart of Accounts" window, you can select a GL Account to be distributed in the periods specified below.

In the "Future Period GL Accounts" section, you can select the GL Accounts to which the "Current Period GL Account" will be distributed as specified in the " Future Periods " (for example, for Months) in the "Chart of Accounts" window.

In the "Next Year GL Accounts" section, you can select the GL Accounts to which the "Current Period GL Account" will be distributed as " Next Year Periods " (for example; Next Year Months) from the "Chart of Accounts" window.
