If you want to view the previously created Financial Statement , you can select Code - Name from the "Financial Statement" drop-down box.
Creating Financial Statement Report According to Parameters
After clicking the "Parameters" button, under the "General" tab; you can select Reporting Period , Currency and Report Format , then click the "List by Parameters" button.
Periods and Calculations
If you have not previously made calculations after creating the financial statement items in the selected Financial Statement , you can do so in the relevant "Financial Statement Report".
Calculations made here will update the calculations under the "Financial Period" tab of the relevant Financial Statement .
After pressing the "Parameters" button, you will see that the fiscal year periods (for example, for Months) are listed under the "Periods and Calculations" tab.
You can press the "Calculation" button in the relevant period row.
After the calculation is done, the status "NotCalculated" changes to "Calculated".
Recalculation of Financial Statement
If you need to do the calculation again after a while, you can click on the relevant line and press the "Calculate Financial Statement Values" button.
Balance Sheet Display According to Account Levels
To view level 1 accounts, you can click the "Close Tree" button.
You can click the " Open Tree" button to view the accounts at each level.
