Under the "Assembly Structure Units" tab, the "Vehicle Assembly Structure Hierarchy"; in other words, the components that make up the assembly structure can be created with the "New" button.
After you have created all the components that make up the assembly structure, "Vehicle Assembly Structure Information will appear in a tree structure on the " screen.
You can also view assembly units by pressing the "Components" button on the "Vehicle Assembly Structures [Center]" screen.
Main Unit
The Main Unit is the highest unit in a consolidation group.
For example, if you want Unit B to be hierarchically dependent on Unit A, you must select Unit A as the Master Unit when adding Unit B.
Related Vehicle Service - Maintenance Types
The associated Vehicle Service - Maintenance Type must be selected from Vehicle Service - Maintenance Types [ Central ] . Otherwise, you cannot display the assembly structure unit for a vehicle service - maintenance type that is not controlled in operations.
Parts - Service - Equipment Descriptions
Under the "Part - Service - Equipment Definitions" tab of the "Assembly Structure Units" tab, you can define parts, services or equipment for the assembly structure unit.
You can select a "Product" from the window and define the Quantity value.
