Receiving Data from Outside

By taking this external data, you can create lists of minimum to maximum stock levels available in external data sources.

"Minimum Maximum Stock Level Scenario Information Under the "Menu" tab of ", after clicking the "Data Import" button, you can click the "New" button and select one of the "Template" drop-down boxes:

After selecting "Minimum Maximum Stock Level Scenario Data Import [CSV]" from the "Template" window, you can download the transfer template by clicking the "Excel" icon.

This Excel Sheet shows how to edit the scenario to be imported.

After setting up the list, you need to save the document as : CSV (Comma Separated) (*.csv).

Then you need to upload the .csv formatted document under the Documents menu item.

" Minimum Maximum Stock Level Scenario Data Import Operations" screen, you can select " Import Document" option from " Documents" window and send. After saving the screen, you can press " Import Data from Document" button and check the imported records under " Import Table Records" tab. Imported records are imported to the scenario and displayed by adding them to the existing scenario elements.
