Company Credit Cards

"Company Credit CardsUnder the " menu, you can create company credit cards and save their details.

Credit Debit Card

You need to select a Bank as your credit card bank.

Credit Card Information

You can store the following information in the system:

  • Credit Card Number: You must enter the credit card number.
  • Card Short Code: You must enter a short card code.
  • Card Type: You need to select a Credit Card Type from the drop-down box.
  • Card Name: You can write the name on the card.
  • Currency: You need to select a Currency from the drop-down box.
  • Card Status: You must select a card status such as Active or Canceled .

Security Information

You can keep the following security information of your credit card.

  • End Date
  • Security Code [CVV2]
  • Password

GL Account Information

From the "Chart of Accounts" window, you can define a GL Account.
