Channel status and communication permission
Each communication channel has a status, which is indicated by a visual indicator in the list. Channels that are open for communication are separated from those that are not authorized or are restricted; the same indicator appears next to the recipient's name as a "communication alert" in the mailing lists. This structure helps ensure that marketing communications are only made through authorized channels and that obligations regarding the protection of personal data are observed.
