You can create a new Service - Maintenance Work Order.
You can view and manage the Service - Maintenance Work Orders given to your technical service during calls at the Call Center.
Creating a Service - Maintenance Work Order
You can create a work order for one of the following "Service - Maintenance Types".
Assembly
Fault Repair
Scheduled Preventive Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance
Corrective Maintenance
Renovation
Calibration
Care
Customer Information Entry
In addition to selecting a customer from existing customers in the main system, you can fill in the fields in the "Customer Information" section for a brand new customer.
If you have typed the information of a new customer and selected the "Create Customer Card" checkbox, the new customer will be created as "Active Customer" in the main system (SYS).
You can call the customer by selecting one of the following options:
Search by Name
Search by Phone Number
Search by ID Code
You can then type the appropriate information into the search box and press the "Search" button.
When you search for an existing customer and select the customer by pressing the "Send" button, all required fields will be automatically filled by the System.
Technical Service Information
You can record the following information for "Service - Maintenance Work Order".
Adding Documents to a Work Order
Under the "Related Objects" tab, you can add documents by clicking the "New" button.
Creating a Spare Parts Purchase Order as a Follow-up Process
After completing the technical service work order, you must create a purchase order for the spare part.
By pressing the " Order" button in " Service - Maintenance Work Order", you can create a spare part related to the work order by taking an order.
View Related Spare Parts Orders
After the spare part purchase order is created with the "Order" button or by Linking Spare Part Purchase Order to Service Order , the created order will be displayed in the "Related Spare Part Orders" section.
