System Development Users

To create System Development Topics and Requests in the system and to define authorized users, System Development Partners need to define system development users.

Identifying System Development Users

After clicking the "New" button, all users of the previously defined System Development Partners in the system will be listed in the "System User" drop-down box.

After clicking the "New" button, all users of System Development Partners will be listed in the "System User" drop-down box.

You can specify a user by selecting one from this drop-down box.

After selecting a user from this drop-down box, the "User Code" and "User Name" fields will be automatically filled in by the system.

You must then select a Systems Development Partner from the "Associated Partner" drop-down box.

Determining System User Relationships

After creating the user (after saving the screen), the user selected in the "System User" drop-down box will be displayed as checked in the "System User Relations" section.

If you want, you can define more than one system user for a system development user by selecting the check boxes in this section.
