Service Product Catalogs

You can only specify products for technical service if they are available in the "Service Products Catalog".

Similarly, you can create spare parts purchase orders only for spare parts for products included in this catalog.

The Service Products Catalog to be used in B2B transactions must be defined under E-Business B2B BUSINESS Partner Parameters .

By clicking on the catalogue, you can view the following details about the product:

• Product image: If an image is defined when creating a product card, it will be displayed under the "Image" column.
• Product Information: Product Code, product name and Size Information Sales Unit will be displayed.
• Spare Part Information: Spare Part Product Tree product tree items created for a product, will be displayed by clicking on the icon.
• Product Information: To view the product "Barcode" number, in the "Product Information" tab You can press the icon.
• Product Price: In the "Price" column, the prices in the price list in the E-Business B2B Partner Parameters will be shown for the relevant product.
