Inputs and Outputs

Sales Campaign Entry - Conditions (inputs) and Sales Campaign Exit - Applications (outputs) are the two components of a Sales Campaign.

Inputs are conditions, outputs are results.

The inputs are the "if statement" of the condition.

Tracking Sales Campaign Entries - Conditions are standard in the system.

Note: M, N, X and Y are parameters that can be defined by you.

  • I-100 - If Document Sales Type is X
  • I-110 - If Document Sales Group is X
  • I-120 - If the Document Business Area is X
  • I-125 - If Document Business Location/Store is X
  • I-126 - If Document Business Location/Store is defined in Dataset X
  • I-127 - If the document Business Unit Type is X: Business Unit Type is not shown on the Sales Document. If defining, define the Business Unit Type on the Business Unit Information screen under Business Locations .
  • I-128 - If the Document Business Unit Ownership Status is X: The Business Unit Type is not shown on the Sales Document. If defining, define the Business Unit Ownership Status on the Business Unit Information screen in Business Locations .
  • I-130 - Document Payment Schedule X
  • I-131 - If Document Payment Schedule is defined in Data Set X
  • I-135 - If Document is Business Partner it is X.
  • I-171 - X All Products If any of the Products identified in the Data Set are present in the Document as Minimum M Quantity or Quantity.
  • I-172 - In the document, the Total Number of Products defined in Dataset X is equal to the Minimum Quantity or Quantity M and the Maximum or Minimum.
  • I-175 - If documented, the Sum of Product Models defined in Dataset X is the Maximum or Minimum with a Minimum Quantity or Quantity M.
  • I-176 - The Total Number of Products defined in the All Products Dataset in Document X is Equal to or is Equal to or is Equal to the Minimum Quantity or Quantity M.
  • I-177 - If Nett Total of Document is at Least One or More of M Quantity or Amount.
  • I-180 - Each of the Products identified in Data Set X is present in the Document in a Minimum Quantity of M
  • I-185 - Each of the Product Models defined in Data Set X is present in the Document in a Minimum Quantity of M
  • I-186 - X All Products Each of the Products identified in the Data Set is present in the Document in a Minimum Quantity of M
  • I-187 - If Document Date is Between X and Y AND Sales Total Excluding Sales Returns is equal to or Maximum or Minimum of M Amount.
  • I-190 - If Document Date is Between X and Y AND Sales Total Excluding Sales Returns is equal to or Maximum or Minimum of M Amount.
  • I-200 - If Customer's Gender is X
  • I-205 - If Client's Occupation is X
  • I-SQL - User Defined SQL Condition: You can define your own conditions by writing SQL statements.

Example :

You want to run a campaign for a group that has purchased at least 200 of your products in the last 10 days.

First, you need to create a Pricing and Campaign Dataset and add this product group to this Pricing and Campaign Dataset (for example, the Pricing and Campaign Dataset Code is DS-01 and the Pricing and Campaign Dataset Name is Inventory to Download).

Products in Total, Quantity or Quantity Minimum M " in Total or Quantity Up to the last N Days, defined in the "X-Dataset as Entry-Condition component during Sales Campaign creation.

Component Definition: You would type "10" as Day N, select "DS-01" as Data Set X, select "Inventory to Download" from the drop-down box, select "Minimum", type "200" as M, select "Quantity" from the drop-down box.
